Intermittent Hypoxic-Hyperoxic Training(IHHT)

Description:

IHHT is non-invasive and a safe therapy.It supports the combined use of multiple devices to convert a room or training space into a low-oxygen environment, and also supports independent use of a single device with an oxygen mask.The therapy involves breathing in hypoxic (low oxygen) and hyperoxic (high oxygen) air at varying intervals.  This process recreates the effects of altitude training, providing the amazing health benefits without the excessive work.

Features:

I.Equipped with blood oxygen saturation detection, automatically switching between high and low oxygen training modes based on a set blood oxygen concentration.

When the detected blood oxygen concentration is below 85% (adjustable from 80% to 90%), it will maintain this level for a certain period (adjustable from 0 to 30 minutes) before automatically switching to high oxygen output to ensure user safety.

When the blood oxygen concentration is above 94% (adjustable from 90% to 97%), it will maintain this level for a certain period (adjustable from 0 to 30 minutes) before automatically switching to low oxygen output to ensure training continuity.

II.Equipped with heart rate detection, automatically switching between high and low oxygen training modes based on a set heart rate.

When the detected heart rate is above 160 beats/minute (adjustable from 50 to 200 beats/minute), it will maintain this level for a certain period (adjustable from 0 to 30 minutes) before automatically switching to high oxygen output to ensure user safety.

When the heart rate is below 136 beats/minute (adjustable from 50 to 200 beats/minute), it will maintain this level for a certain period (adjustable from 0 to 30 minutes) before automatically switching to low oxygen output to ensure training continuity.

III.Features a training timer function, automatically switching between high and low oxygen training modes based on the set time.

After the low oxygen setting time (0-30 minutes) ends, it automatically switches to high oxygen mode and begins a countdown for the high oxygen setting time (0-30 minutes). The low and high oxygen setting times switch automatically.

IV.Includes Bluetooth functionality.

It can connect to an app via Bluetooth for device control and real-time data transmission, including blood oxygen saturation, heart rate, and oxygen concentration.

V. The display screen features an integrated LED strip and an attractive design.
